What makes Big Daddy’s special and awesome

Our burgers are custom blended and 1/3 of a pound / 150 grams. Our blend incorporates Brisket, Chuck, Flank, and Dry Aged Steak trimmings.  Precisely measured and always the same. Ever go to a burger spot and the burger tastes different, well never at Big Daddy’s! Each patty at Big Daddy’s is meticulously measured and blended.

We offer our burger two ways: grilled and smashed.  Same meat, just a different technique. Our smashed style (called the Special K) has 2 patties smashed onto the hot griddle and really seared with grilled onions. The Big Daddy classic is cooked to perfection on our griddle. All burgers are served medium well.

A burger with so so bread just doesn’t cut it. So Big Daddy’s exclusively imports delicious and world-famous Martins Potato Rolls to St Maarten/St. Martin for our burgers.  

Ratio is everything with a Burger. Ever have a burger with a giant bun and small pattie? Not at Big Daddy’s where our buns are perfectly sized and yummy.

DOGS Big Daddy’s proudly features Vienna Beef Hot Dogs and Kirkland’s Signature Jumbo Dog. Our Jumbo Dog at 1/4 of a pound / 110 Grams. What else makes Big Daddys special.  Our Big Daddy’s seasoned fries. The shape, the taste, and the special oil we fry in make our fries unique. Feel free to add cheese, jalapenos, and bacon bits.

Our shakes are hand blended, and we offer several unique flavors like Fruit Loops, Captain Crunch, and Lucky Charms. For the brave, we over boozy shakes such as a Mexican chocolate shake with Kahlua.

We serve the best burgers in St Maarten/St Martin. This isn’t fast food. It’s great and healthy quick service food.  No preservatives, and no weird stuff in our burgers. For those who don’t eat beef our Vegetarian Rasta burger is plant based, served with vegan cheese with a little spice added is the bomb. But our Fried Chicken Sandwich, oooh lah lah. It’s so, so yummy.

We have two locations open on both sides of the island. On the Dutch side we are open Monday- Saturday from 11 AM to 9 PM. On the French side we are open Tuesday to Sunday form Noon to 9 PM.
